Wednesdays - February 4th, 11th and March 4th 2009 10am - 5pm
A digistories workshop at the National Railway Museum to gather digital stories told by railway engineers. Funded as part of the Ingenious Project of the Royal Society of Engineers, in partnership with Salford and Southampton Universities.
This workshop is open to professional engineers willing to tell a personal story about the inspiration or circumstances that led you into a career in engineering or of achievements that made your job worthwhile.
The stories will be used to raise public awareness of the role of engineers and to encourage young people to consider a career in engineering. View stories from a previous workshop for acoustics engineers here
The workshops will be at the National Railway Museum in York (UK) on three Wednesdays - February 4th, 11th and March 4th 2009. Attendance at all three days is essential. For more information download this flyer. Places must be booked in advance.
