How To Add a Group of Stories from a Workshop

Here's some steps on how best to add a group of stories from a workshop:

1. First add the workshop as an Event, even if it has already happened.
2. When you choose the Share Your Stories page to start uploading each individual story, use the Description field to describe the story, but use the Collaborators field to describe the workshop.
3. Choose the event you've already added as the Related Event from the pulldown list on the Share Your Story page.
4. Then, from the Search for Stories page, choose your event from the pulldown, and the search will filter only the stories associated with that Related Event.

In Phase 1 of the site, we don't have the functionality to upload multiple files at once. Feel free to copy & paste a standard description of the workshop on each story, but please be specific in the tags and Descripton fields to each particular story - it makes it easier for others later to search and find your story.
