This podcast features one group of community activists headed from the Northwest Bronx in New York to Chicago for the "Showdown in Chicago," as well as the perspective of National People’s Action Executive Director George Goehl. The group, long frustrated with the bank's propensity to ignore low-income communities like the Northwest Bronx, are protesting the American Bankers Association convention and demanding that Congress create oversight, accountability and common-sense financial reform that helps the people.

Winter holiday 2008, I was forced off an excursion train because I use a wheelchair to get around. This short video was talks about by practice as an educator and faculty technology consultant. It reveals some of the things which excite me, or "make me tick." The project was created in MS Photostory as an example of using a simple, free tool to create powerful stories with still images and editing features. This example will be used during workshops and faculty consultation to encourage others to use DST in their teaching practice.
