Summer Digital Storytelling

There are two summer sessions July 9,10 & 16,17 is the first workshop.

July 30, 31 & August 6, 7 is the second summer workshop

Youth from the Kino Neighborhoods will participate in a basic digital storytelling workshop.

Quincy Douglas Digital Storytelling Workshops

11 Oct 2008 (All day) to 1 Nov 2008 (All day)
21 Mar 2009 - 9:00am to 29 Mar 2009 - 5:00pm

This program will run for two cycles, one in Fall 2008 and one in Spring 2009.  Seven youth ages 14-20 from the Kino neighborhoods will be selected to participate in each cycle.
In the community digital storytelling workshops, youth come together to share their stories about challenges and injustices with one another; craft and record written, first-person scripts; choose images and video clips; and learn to edit these materials with still images and video clips.
