He worked as a teacher of English in San Cristobal to rely on their personal expenses, to complete their studies of language, thanks to input from her mother, who was unmarried, and a scholarship received by the Dominico-American Cultural Institute.
It was incorporated as a student of Violin at the Lyceum of Music in his town, obtaining basic knowledge in it, practicing amateur Taekwondo, at their school, and thanks to a grant received by the Alliance Française of Santo Domingo, began his studies of language French, as a means of communication for acquiring and sharing knowledge and culture.
For his leadership, organization, commitment and perseverance, has received several awards from think tanks that have been developed. Participated in an exchange students from the Caribbean Region Agronomy at the University West Indies, having only 17 years old, thanks to the support of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IIC).
In 2006, he was representing his school in the Model United Nations, and delegated to the environmental committee of the Model International Organization of American States (OAS), was the General Secretary of the Prime EARTH-Model UN in 2007 in Costa Rica.
He has done several projects from the University EARTH, such as: Master School in El Carmen, teaching environmental education, recognized for the contribution made so valuable to the community, founder of Reading Club 451: www.grupo451.blogspot.com and Director of the Student Magazine Is EEEHH? at its University.
In company with other youth, celebrated the International Day Against Poverty, in 2007, the World Environment Day in 2008, has participated with Ecology Project International, working with researchers from the leatherback in the Pacuare Ecological Reserve, Costa Rica .
Currently working on the design of an environmental education project, aimed at young people of the Commonwealth of Siquirres, Costa Rica. With themes of agriculture recycling, to reduce pollution and be a contribution to the means of both food and economic income for each of the families affected.
Minikotry Perez, is a young woman who works for this action, contributing to global project for a better future. A sustainable development, human rights, the environment and quality of life among humans are much more comprehensive, contributing to a culture of peace and international solidarity.
