My first digital story. I told this when physician assisted suicide was a hot issue in Michigan, Dr. Kevorkian was active here before he went to jail. I have been learning to caption the video as our project is to create stories that are accessible to everyone.
I have a captioned version at overstream.net. I used their free online tool to generate captions. I also have a captioned version at Google video. I used a free program called "subtitle workshop" to add captions in "subrip" (*.srt) format. You can also use MAGpie. But you then need to convert the caption file into something Google video will recognize, like *.srt.
