Watch this video!

"The Middle of the Story" by filmmaker Sojourner 4 Truth discusses the impact of colorism and negative media images on African Americans in general, and African American girls in particular.  It also highlights the importance of culture, history and family in reshaping how we see one another.  This an excellent primer for discussions on race, gender, skin color, body image and self-esteem.  Highly recommended for cross-cultural conversations as well as conversations between males and females.
