I am founder and director of the Museum of the Person, an international network of life stories. I am an historian and I believe deeply in the power of listening to change relations between people and in society. Because of that I dedicated my life to develop and disseminate the ideas of using the power of life stories to change values in our society. The Museum of the Person, a virtual musuem that is an independent organization and is now located in Canada, Portugal and Usa. I think that to work on a net is a powerful way to combine efforts for social change. As we do say "because on story can change the way you view the world", .
My grandfather lived in a nursing home for the last years of his life. I put this story together to express my frustration and sadness about the situation, and to document what was left of his memories.
