I'm wondering if anyone has examples of parent permissions slips that they use when a storyteller wants to use images of their kids in their stories -- examples might be stories created by teachers, community workers, youth advocates.
We're just launching our project and haven't decided yet if we'll want to create a website or otherwise make the stories available to others beyond our workshop participants, so I'd want to be sure to inform parents of the range of ways that the images might be used but not alarm them unnecessarily.
