This is a 2.5 minute audio tribute I created about my mom and dad. Dad is no longer alive, but mom got to see this. I created this using Audacity, AppleWorks draw program and QuickTime Pro. (I used QuickTime Pro to merge the audio and graphics.)

My grandmother, Olive Jane Poe Whitmore, was my caretaker at the start of my life. I was her caretaker at the end of her life. This is the story of our time together, and my tribute to her.

A tribute to her "father, aka Grampa," Major E. Brooks, Jade's story varies in narrative and lyrical style, dramatically interwoven between the music and lyrics by her Grampa himself and The Sophomores. This story reflects on his role in her life as a father figure, and how her family is coping his death through remembrance and prayer.
