This podcast features one group of community activists headed from the Northwest Bronx in New York to Chicago for the "Showdown in Chicago," as well as the perspective of National People’s Action Executive Director George Goehl. The group, long frustrated with the bank's propensity to ignore low-income communities like the Northwest Bronx, are protesting the American Bankers Association convention and demanding that Congress create oversight, accountability and common-sense financial reform that helps the people.

This digital story describes a radio show that was planned and implemented in October 2007 to provide information about breast health & breast cancer to Alaska Native women in the North Slope of Alaska.  The radio show also served as a vehicle to promote a November 2007 breast cancer screening clinic.

This is Elicia's story about her survival through the public healthcare system and her cerebal palsy as well as her journey to become the disability activist she is today.  This story was created through a workshop with the Michigan Disability Rights Coalition and UCP Michigan.

Cristina made this digital poem in her Family Literacy class as an English assignment. She is reading a poem by Pablo Neruda, translated into English. She dedicated the poem to her long-distance fiancé, Cesar.
