Jenny describes herself as “running on empty” trying to lead her nonprofit through the pandemic. Many of us know that “running on empty” feeling. How did you deal with any exhaustion you encountered during the long years of Covid-19? Do you think it’s prepared you for other challenges that may come up in your life? How are you more (or less) prepared for new challenges?
